ENROLLING STUDIES
Research Institute of South Florida will be conducting a research study for the following Upcoming Studies:
Asthma, COPD, Diabetes and Diabetic Neuropathy
ASTHMA
Research Institute of South Florida is conducting a research study to evaluate a new investigational product for patients with Uncontrolled Asthma and patients with Persistent Asthma.
Study Requirements:
* Male and Female age 18 - 75 years old.
* Asthma diagnosis of ≥ 12 months.
* On Inhaled Corticosteroids therapy at a total daily dose 500-2000 mcg of Fluticasone Propionate DPI or equivalent for ≥ 6 months
prior to Visit 1
* On an eligible second controller medication (LABA, LTRA, LAMA) for 6 months prior to Visit 1
* Must be able to complete all 17 scheduled visits within 52 weeks
Qualified participants will receive study medication at no cost. Reimbursement for time and travel may be provided.
FATTY LIVER
Research Institute of South Florida, Inc. is conducting a research study to evaluate patients with Fatty Livers
Study Requirements:
* Obese.
* Males aged <55 years.
* Women aged <65 years.
* On treatment for dyslipidemia, with an LDL >110 mg/dL
* Triglycerides >150 mg/dL
* Non Smokers
* Pre-diabetic
Qualified participants will receive compensation for time and travel (Free Transportation Provided).

UNCOMPLICATED INFLUENZA
Study Requirements:
* Male and Female age 18 - 50 years old.
* Do you feel like you may have the flu?
o Temperature of 99.1-102.8 F
o At least one of the following: stuffy nose, sore throat, or cough
o At least one of the following: aches and pains, fatigue, headache, chills, or sweats.
Qualified participants will receive study medication at no cost. Reimbursement for time and travel may be provided.
